David P will do teacher training tomorrow and on Thursday and then the children will be able to enjoy all those lovely toys sent by school children in the dales. David P particularly wants to thank the children of Arkengarthdale and Leeming and Londonderry schools for all the toys they donated.

He wants to make sure that the teachers can help the children make the most of using those toys and the other teaching aids that the Dales Team delivered. The head teacher, Ali Sallah, was delighted to receive them and the children are very excited  and waiting for the day this week when the toys come out of the store cupboard into the classrooms. Ken will be there to photograph those special moments.

The team had time off over the weekend and then Bob and Janet flew home to England yesterday. The rest of the team expect to return next Monday. In the meantime David P still has plenty of work to do. But he, David M and Ken will have more rest time next weekend.
