The new Dales Team are now in the final preparations for their overland journey to the Gambia. They will leave England on January 3 and expect to be in the Gambia by January 23. They will be travelling in two vehicles: the Renault van to be used for itinerant work to help blind and deaf children; and a large white Mercedes car. David Pointon and David Milner plan to drive the white Mercedes (which is owned by David P) back to England after a couple of weeks in the Gambia. More information soon and once they leave we plan to post regular news updates.
