We had a request from the school to help with fulfilling five orders for prescription glasses.

Thanks to Michele de Vaal glasses have been obtained from Vision Aid Overseas warehouse. She has been a volunteer with Vision Aid Overseas for many years and lives near David Pointon and Pip Land.

Heather Ritchie, who is travelling to the Gambia on December 15 to lead another rug making workshop, has offered to take the glasses to the school.
