Congratulations
Kebba Cham, who used to teach at the school, has done very well in his foundation degree course in health and social care at Canterbury Christ Church University.
Recently, via the Kent Association for the Blind in Maidstone, he sent several audio books for the adult teaching section.
Ali Sallah, a teacher at the school, reported that the students did well in their exams this summer. "Almost all of them got a good pass and were promoted to their next grades. The grade three and four students who sat the National Assessment test all passed well and we were happy with their results as it was the first time such an exam was conducted by the West African Examination Council for primary schools." Two students moved on to government schools having completed their studies at the GOVI school.
